Welcome to the website of Eden High School - Eden is a publicly funded secondary school that operates as an alternative secondary school within the District School Board of Niagara. The school offers the prescribed Ontario Ministry of Education’s Secondary School program delivered in the context of a community where the educational objectives of the Ministry of Education and those of Eden's own Spiritual Life Department are respected and regarded as complementary in the training of students.

Located in the north end of St. Catharines, Ontario, Eden is proud to offer an excellent learning environment that incorporates a climate of high expectations, authentic spiritual discovery and personal discipline to almost 750 students. We provide a wide selection of course offerings and have highly skilled and enthusiastic teachers who work hard to meet the needs of all our learners and support this wonderfully unique educational venture. Eden is pleased to continue to offer one of the highest standards of academic excellence in the region as confirmed by our high scores on standardized tests and well prepared graduates

Additionally, Eden’s Spiritual Life Department, comprised of four personnel, provides a meaningful program to assist in the development and support of our students’ personal faith pilgrimage. From running our daily chapel service, a grade 9 Bible survey course, and personal mentoring to grade level retreats and short term mission trips, students are provided with a rich array of spiritual life activities .

Learning extends beyond the classroom at Eden High School. Our renowned arts programs, competitive athletic teams, technology initiatives and vast array of extra curricular activities provide students with enriching participatory activities. We encourage our young people to take part in the skill development and personal growth opportunities that these afford.

Eden is blessed to be supported by two incredible groups. Our School Council, composed of a large number of parents and the Eden Advisory Board, continuously undergird our school. They not only provide wisdom, encouragement and assistance at various events, but regularly raise extra funds to support our programs and projects. Parents are always welcome to come out to our bi-monthly meetings and to get involved in this very tangible way. Additionally, Eden enjoys a mutually supportive relationship with a large number of churches and their leadership from across the Niagara Region.
